What You'll Do
As Sales Manager, you'll help create a high-performing culture by:
- Coaching and developing Solution Providers
- Leading daily sales meetings and training
- Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
- Working deals and helping customers find solutions
- Monitoring performance and creating accountability
- Partnering with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership
- Recruiting and developing future sales leaders

We're searching for a proven automotive leader with:
- Automotive sales management experience
- Strong desking and closing skills
- Excellent communication abilities

Finance experience is a plus.
Leadership ability is essential.
