What You'll Lead

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our dealership by:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Leading daily sales meetings and performance coaching
  • Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
  • Working alongside Finance and Executive Leadership
  • Helping recruit and develop future sales leaders
  • Creating accountability through proven sales processes
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Building a culture where people enjoy coming to work

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

  • Automotive sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent desking and closing skills

Finance experience is helpful, but leadership is what matters most.
