We're hiring Service Advisors across the Farris family. The Farris family is growing, and we need sharp, hungry advisors ready to make real money and prove themselves every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments with precision and professionalism
• Ask strategic questions to understand customers' service history and vehicle needs—really listen
• Check customers in and out, following a consistent service process that builds trust
• Provide real-time updates to customers throughout their repair or maintenance visit
• Recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services based on findings and genuine customer care
• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and integrity in every interaction
• Verify and update customer contact information accurately during each visit
• Utilize computer and tablet systems to document and complete service records with attention to detail
• Work as part of a 2-3 person advisor team, supporting each other to accomplish shared goals
• Measure your own performance on what actually matters: happy customers who believe we care

• Basic automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required—we'll teach you

If you've worked in customer service, that's a plus. If you've handled phones, that's a plus. If you've worked retail or hospitality and learned how to care for customers, that counts.

But honestly? We'd rather hire someone with zero advisor experience who genuinely cares and wants to build something than hire someone with five years of experience who's just collecting a paycheck.
