• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives and stay updated on reviews and analyses.
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to build trust and confidence with customers.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Requirements
• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work Saturdays and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
