🔧 Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Greet service customers warmly and professionally

  • Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication throughout the repair process

  • Provide accurate estimates and timelines for services

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs

  • Upsell recommended maintenance based on vehicle needs

  • Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and informative experience from start to finish

  • Maintain knowledge of vehicle systems and repair trends

  • Embody our company values in every interaction—with customers, teammates, and vendors

✅ Service Advisor Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dealership or independent shop service advising experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

  • Professional appearance and ability to build trust quickly
