What You'll Lead
As Jeep Sales Manager, you'll:
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Lead daily sales meetings and performance coaching
- Drive appointment conversion and showroom success
- Desk and structure deals
- Help recruit, train, and mentor future leaders
- Maintain accountability and process consistency
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- Automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent desking and closing ability
- Process-driven management style
- Outstanding communication skills
- High integrity
- A competitive mindset
- Passion for developing people
Jeep, CDJR, or other franchise experience is preferred but not required.
Leadership ability matters most.
