What You'll Lead
As Used Car Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our pre-owned operation by:
- Managing inventory strategy and vehicle acquisition
- Appraising trades and purchasing vehicles
- Maximizing inventory turn and profitability
- Coaching and developing the sales team
- Structuring and approving deals
- Monitoring lead conversion and appointment performance
- Creating accountability throughout the department
- Working closely with finance, service, and executive leadership
Your leadership will directly influence the growth of our dealership.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone with proven dealership experience who understands how to build both people and profits.
Ideal candidates have experience with:
- Used vehicle operations
- Inventory acquisition
- Appraisals
- Desking deals
- Sales leadership
- Process management
- Team coaching
- Customer satisfaction
Finance experience is a plus but not required.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who leads with integrity, accountability, and a desire to win.
