We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to help us continue that legacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting customers through every step of their service experience—by phone, online, and in person.

What You Will Do
- Handle inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments
- Ask strategic questions to understand service history and vehicle needs
- Check customers in and out, following a consistent service process
- Provide updates to customers throughout their repair or maintenance visit
- Recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services based on findings
- Build Lasting Relationships with customers through Trust and Integrity in business
- Verify and update customer contact information during each visit
- Utilize multiple computer and tablet systems to document and complete service records accurately
What You Bring
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computers and online systems
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required
