What You'll Lead
As BDC Manager, you'll be responsible for building a team that creates exceptional first impressions and consistently delivers results.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing Business Development Representatives
- Driving appointment-setting performance
- Improving lead response times and customer engagement
- Monitoring CRM activity and process compliance
- Coaching phone, text, and email communication
- Tracking conversion metrics and identifying coaching opportunities
- Creating accountability through daily performance management
- Partnering with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-sale conversion
- Continuously improving customer experience and lead conversion processes
Success in this role is measured by the performance of the team you build.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a proven leader with experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, inside sales, customer success, or high-volume lead management.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong CRM knowledge
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- A passion for accountability and continuous improvement
- Process-driven leadership
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Leadership ability is essential.
