We're hiring experienced Line Technicians across CDJR and Ford brands. The Farris family is growing, and we need sharp, hungry techs ready to make real money and prove themselves every single day.

What You'll Do

• Execute full-service maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on CDJR / Ford vehicles with precision and accountability
• Own the quality of every job—your reputation on the line means something here
• Document work accurately, manage your time efficiently, and hit your flag hours consistently
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts team, and other technicians to deliver solutions, not excuses
• Pursue OEM training opportunities to sharpen your skills and expand your earning potential
• Identify and communicate technical issues clearly so customers understand what's happening to their vehicle

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years proven experience working in a professional shop setting (CDJR or Ford experience a significant plus)
• Solid mechanical foundation and diagnostic ability—you know how to troubleshoot
• Your own tools
• Willingness to specialize: diagnostics, driveline, electrical, emissions, Diesel—we welcome depth
• The mindset that quality and accuracy matter more than rushing the clock
• A drive to be better tomorrow than you are today

What This Job Actually Pays

• Flat rate: $30–$60 per hour (based on experience and specialty)
• Bonus: $4/hour retroactive for hitting 45+ flag hours per week
• Warranty bonus: 20% paid on all warranty work

Real Numbers (Not Promises):

• A solid, consistent technician hitting 48 flag hours weekly at $35/hour flat rate + bonus structure earns approximately $1,820–$2,050/week gross (varies by warranty mix)
• Top 10% of our technicians average $42–$50/hour effective rate when combining flat rate, flag hour bonus, and warranty bonus—but this requires 50+ flag hours weekly consistently and strong diagnostic/specialty work

The math is straightforward: More flag hours, more bonus. Better diagnostics and specialty skills (driveline, electrical, emissions), higher flat rate. No shortcuts, no unicorns. Just work, skill, and consistency.
