No automotive experience required. If you're friendly, dependable, and good on the phone, we'll teach you everything else.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on declined services, recalls, and maintenance reminders
- Communicating clearly between customers and the service team
- Keeping accurate records and managing your call queue efficiently
- Representing Farris professionally on every interaction — phone, text, and email
Your schedule
- Monday through Friday only — no weekends, ever
- Stable, consistent daytime hours
