Farris Jeep is hiring Internet Sales Specialists to help manage the massive amount of customer leads generated by one of the busiest dealerships in East Tennessee.
This is NOT cold calling.
Customers are already reaching out to us through:
- Website inquiries
- Social media
- Online advertising
- Phone calls
- Repeat and referral business
Your role is to connect with customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and help guide them through the buying process.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to internet inquiries quickly and professionally
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads
- Build relationships with customers
- Help create a great customer experience
- Work closely with a high-energy sales team
Compensation & Benefits
