What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Community Relations Representative, you will:
- Welcome and assist English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Respond to phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Help customers understand their vehicle options
- Guide customers through the purchasing process
- Build long-term relationships with individuals and families
- Follow up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction
- Represent the Farris brand with professionalism and integrity
