What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of service advisors and technicians to deliver top-tier service

  • Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability

  • Drive customer satisfaction through strong communication and follow-up

  • Collaborate with parts and sales departments to support seamless service delivery

  • Implement and oversee training and development of service team members

  • Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and customer care
