- Manage and coach the used car sales team
- Appraise and acquire inventory
- Structure and desk deals
- Drive lead conversion and appointment performance
- Maximize profitability and inventory turn
- Help develop sales staff

- Work closely with finance and leadership teams

Required Experience
- Automotive management experience
- Strong used car knowledge
- Appraisal and inventory management experience
- Desking and closing ability
- Proven leadership skills
