What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Community Representative, you will:
- Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Build long-term relationships with local families
- Respond to phone, text, and internet inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Help customers choose the right vehicle
- Guide customers through every step of the buying process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after the sale
